It is equipped with a jewel of European-Jewish cultural heritage that is unique: a historic tabernacle with wall frescoes from the late Baroque period. The symbolic content of the wall painting is unique in Western Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The exhibition uses historical traces in the building and animated films to convey the Jewish Feast of Tabernacles, the history of the building as well as the Jewish history of Schwabach. Annual changing exhibitions on the first and second floor deepen further aspects of Jewish history and culture.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Through the Synagogue Lane via app<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile is-vertically-aligned-top\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p>In and near the Synagogue Lane there are many historical buildings such as the synagogue, rabbinical house, teaching house and houses of Jewish court factors and families. A free app invites you to explore this former Jewish center of Schwabach on your own in addition to visiting the museum and getting to know the Jewish history of Schwabach and its residents.
